Dakota Fanning is beautiful in a dress while arriving at the premiere of her latest film Effie Gray held at The Paris Theatre on Monday (March 30) in New York City.
The 21-year-old actress was joined by her co-star David Suchet to promote the film, which hits select theaters on Friday (April 3).
