Author joins a cast that already includes Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer/The Atom, Wentworth Miller as Leonard Snart/Captain Cold, Victor Garber as Martin Stein/Firestorm, Dominic Purcell as Mick Rory/heat Wave, Ciara Renee as Hawkgirl, and Caity Lotz as an unknown character.
