Miley Cyrus arrives looking so stylish to the 2015 Elton John AIDS Foundation’s Oscar Viewing Party on Sunday evening (February 22) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 22-year-old entertainer hit the red carpet and posed for photos before meeting up with Sharon Osbourne inside the big annual party, which is in its twenty-third year!
